No sir! I specifically asked if I was inaccurate in my assumptions in order to give Intel the benefit of the doubt. However if my assumptions are accurate then I think it is you who is going to any lengths to exonerate Intel of blame that they clearly do indeed bear through failure to exercise good faith in pursuing the OEM's that are leaking these parts into the channel. If Intel stands by and lets this happen then it is irrelevant whether they actually officially shipped the engineering samples themselves. If that is the case then they are at the very best complicit in the situation, and I do condemn them for that!
