Printera Corporation : New Contracts Awarded

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Printera Corporation (TSE:PAC) is pleased to
announce that it has been awarded an additional agreement by
Loblaws for approximately $1.5 million, thereby establishing
Printera as the sole supplier of glue-applied labels for Loblaws,
President's Choice and No Name products.

In addition, Labatt Breweries has awarded the Company $1 million
in new business, representing the initial purchase of labels for
markets outside North America. Printera's wholly-owned Canadian
subsidiary Aluglass Packaging, is currently sole supplier for all
of Labatt's metalized and wet-strength paper label requirements in
Canada.

Several smaller new supply contracts have also been awarded to
Aluglass over the past few weeks representing annualized revenues
of $2 million.

Furthermore, the Company is in advanced stages of negotiations on
four very significant potential label supply contracts in the
U.S., Brazil, and Mexico. Each individual agreement could
increase annual revenues by 8 - 10%. The awarding of any one of
the four would significantly improve the profitability of
Printera's - Aluglass (U.S.) operations, as substantial production
costs, other than materials are already being absorbed by existing
business. Although the Company is quite confident in its
proposals, there is no guarantee, as yet, that any of the
contracts will be awarded to Printera.

Further announcements will be made upon completion of
negotiations.

Printera Corporation is a Toronto-based company with operations in
the premium quality label and packaging industries located in
Canada and the United States. Printera combines high quality
rotogravure and offset lithographic printing processes on various
substrates with in-house high-speed digital prepress capabilities.
