David,
I was interested in your thoughts. I, too, am experimenting to see if I can make this additional income woek on a regular basis. I figure I would like to have enough flexibility to change lifestyles within two years. So, at tghe same time I am trying to build capital by leaving my core holdings uncovered ( or covered for protection-- not income.) At the same time I took about $100,000 (margin) and bought stock that I am going to cover month after month. Thus, far I realized $13,000 in income which went to paying off debt. The debt payoff is one step in my strategy toward freedom.

So far, so good.

I am a little distressed by what I continually hear from people in the medical profession. Too much time and frustration spent with paper work and miniscule returns from insurance companies. How long before our best and brightest turn to some other profession??
