Yaacov. I don't think AOL wanted to take over shares from Bertelsmann. But with this TWX merger, AOL is in competition with Bertelsmann. (Music) I am sure you know that AOL and Bertelsmann have an agreement to do business together for sev. years to come. Bertelsmann is selling their stake in Europe AOL. It will be interesting to see what AOL does with AOL Europe once they are sole owner of it again.

S&P futures look a bit crummy this morning. Opening bell coming up. I guess I'd better check what's going on.

Hm. Dow up 9 with what's open at this time.

Yaacov. You were asking me about Msft yesterday. In case you wondering about Msft today. The WSJ and local newspapers over here have articles that the GVT and Msft are close to a settlement. That's better what some articles suggested yesterday. I heard then that the DOJ wanted big remedies. Talking heads were even talking about a break up. This does not seem to be in the cards now.

Nice move. Over 109 right now.

S&P futures were still down last time I looked but the DOW is up nicely now and the NAZ is doing its thing again.

AOL and the semis are having some profit taking. Intc, Dell etc.

I am off. PS. Here is a link.
