Thanks, saw that BGEN news release last night, which by then had already wiped out yesterday's gains in afterhours. I don't think it is significant for the company. But the biotechs can't run without positive sentiment, and this is the third legal setback a biotech has suffered in the past week. Just serves to remind people not to get too excited, because these companies, promising as they are, have to negotiate a minefield of lawyers to get to the promised land. MAD DOG
