<<[Dave Webb] posting on SI['s Tyhee thread]... normal form of... communication>>

Dave, Rather than I do an offense or defense towards the person of

<<took hits from a well known news letter writer for posting on SI.>>

let me take a neutral and educational, as in a search for knowledge
position and let whatever comes to light be what falls out.

First, ignore the internet and present ways that represent real life
instances in your past of shareholder/investor communication with you.

Most likely you talked to someone via telephone, post office mail,
before or after an event like a convention you attended, or even at
a social event you attended with friends like a party, or even by
chance in public you were stopped by someone on the sidewalk asking
for directions and he saw a paper you held with a Tyhee company stamp
displayed on an outside envelope and he asked you for information
and status about the company (plus) all awhile you were in a group of
strangers like waiting for a bus and anyone else nearby could overhear.

In all the above cases you have only one rule to obey, no insider information
are you allowed to present to the public unless it is done according
to the rules outlined in the laws.

Even not using common sense I am sure that certain facts are not insider info,
as in to tell someone that you work for Tyhee and are its president and
also are a director. You could make a simple list of more stuff,
and then using common sense list what you cannot do, for example you
can say Tyhee is doing ok/good/fair but probably not say that Tyhee
is near bankruptcy or near a moon shot, as that type of info is investor
sensitive and has to be presented and exist for all shareholders.

So what you can and not say is somewhat easy to detail,
and as for the item mentioned by that news letter writer,
I see no difference between the telephone or speaking in public
with the internet with SI threads, including the Tyhee thread.

Yes yes yes, there is a big difference in the amount of potential
eyes or readers or listeners on this thread than those other communication
means, but thats all, and the law does not qualify the media used except
to ensure that when insider type info is presented that all shareholders
and potential investors have access at the same time and place.

But for non insider info no limit or nature of the media is governed by
the law simply because it is viewd as a private conversation you have
with one or more persons. One or more, 1 or 10 or 1,000 or as many
choose to read this Tyhee thread is not controlled by insider laws.

The common sense Duck Test used will answered 99% of wondering.

<<...he said "to anonymous...>

Not only do you not require proof of identification of person who
talks to you, but even more proof that he/she has no external motives
existing outside and beyond his current presents, as you would be
hard pressed to verify and followup as such unless you were in Russia
and a senior whatever in the KGB. So, identification or not of the
person you talk to for non insider info is only your personal concern,
not of the company Tyhee or of yours as president.
