Yaacov. LU. I just heard on CNBC that rumors of another earnings warning from LU are incorrect. That manager yesterday mentioned that rumor stuff also. Anyhow. CNBC called LU and the company said that they have no intention of making a pre-earnings statement. So, LU is up now.

I just sold my Msft at 110 1/2. Probably too early again. But this run up of 7 1/2 points today, on settlement rumors, was too much to take. gg. If it goes down again later today, like it did yesterday, I will buy it back. Otherwise I may have to catch it again later at a higher price. It would not be the first time. gg.

I don't know if AOL will have all this problem in Europe. Part of that agreement with Bertelsmann is that they have access to about 150,000? customers from Bertelsmann. Time will tell how things will work out. I am pretty confident that AOL/TWX will get a nice foothold in overseas countries.
