Comment: AMD, the world's leader in microprocessor and flash memory production, priced at $57.75, remains the best bargain in the marketplace today, imho...A couple of days ago you mentioned $100...Q1 earnings, greater than record Q4 earnings, will provide the thrust that will push it much closer to that $100 than it is today!

Scumbria, Me too! I doubled my position in AMD last week after stopping at Fry's and several other locations to see how Piii' speed grades where available.

I just posted my info about Fry's to Goutama.

Re: "Several recent visits to Fry's showed me that contrary to Intel's press releases, they are still having a lot of trouble delivering high MHz parts"

Maybe you should checkout Gateway. They say 850MHz CuMines are available immediately.

I wonder how much money is sitting in the bushes waiting for a new high confirmation above $58.25...Could be interesting once AMD gets there (currently $57.50)...later today?

Ah, the dangers of posting things like this too early in the trading day. Do you have an alternate explanation of why Intel tanked so badly today (-1.0%) and AMD rocketed (-3.8%)?

Regards,
Frank

What happened ?

Did the AMD rocket land on Dresden ?

Intel down 1% is a TANK, eh?

And AMD DOWN 3.7% is "rocketing", eh?

Looks like that AMD rocket crashed into a T-Bird !!!
