Re: Interesting ESWW Press Release....comments? If the Access 1 Financial report was not basically sound why did they publish it on their (ESWW) website for almost a month? Well there's a couple of ways to look at it.... 1. It was accurate when published but now something has changed. ie. a test failed, contracts lost because sufficient product cound not be delivered. 2. They knew it wasn't accurate but weren't smart enough to realize they shouldn't have posted it. Now their lawyers are attempting to cover their asses. (let the lawsuits begin) Personnally I think they'll get sued either way. It should never have been posted if it wasn't accurate and it should not be denied now. All those selling since the March 23rd annoucement will be awfully upset if there is another turn around. Robin
