PETER MANSBRIDGE: A bit more now on a story we had last week. An effort really to make sure some Canadians get the credit they deserve. We told you how some researchers at the University of Pennsylvania had developed a fuel cell that converts gasoline into electricity. The science journal Nature described it as an exciting breakthrough. Well it turns out that a Calgary company called Global Thermoelectric did something similar back in December.
