Dear Tony: Frankly, I am surprised it has come back as well as it has. At this point I think if I were you I would hold to see what develops BUT consider some kind of stop, even if its only mental if it drops back say below 10. JDN

I agree that class action law suit is no good for us. it will only make those greedy lawyers richer at our expense.

BTW I am trying to make a portfolio of steve harmons recco and an considering to buy SCOC at 12 ish.

I have CMGI, AOL, NETP(@45) , PCNTF (@50), AOL , USIT (@40)

Still can buy TRRA after the sell off and SPYG.

Redback is too pricey
