Hi WUWT;
This may well be the final shakeout before onward and upward.No doubt, these are bargain prices that we'll unlikely ever see again.

An announcement of a nice revenue contract or two will turn this around in a big way...can't wait.

Let the short term guys out here.

I am not surprised that the share price has dropped after the meeting. My feeling was that the deal was rather too complex for the average non-involved shareholder and there was no clear indication as to how the common shareholder of Net Shepherd stood to benefit directly from it.

The issue was brought up by a shareholder at the meeting but was not satisfactorily addressed IMO. Until the company clarifies this I expect the price to continue to languish.

I do believe that the combination of technologies is valuable and makes sense but which entity will end up with the best deal is still an open question.

Welll. I did feel kind of goulish. But that didn't stop me.

About 12:30 or so the market depth was something else so I picked up some more low 5's(mad scramble to free up the funds to buy--felt bad buying soo low--NOT!).

I know I won't be regretting it.

Hi WUWT;
Here is a link to Stockhouse post by "ceber"; raises some interesting questions for those of us who have been loyal shareholders of WEB....in relation to the proposed APPCO's spin-offs.
A lot of "food for thought"....I am wondering if this guy isn't on to another plausible reason that would explain why WEB's share price has lost its momentum.

Appreciate your thoughts on this matter!

Len
