I hope when they close the microsoft deal at the end of this month they make a BIG announcement. Barron's should have mentioned the caveat, that if microsoft does not seal the deal then ... blah blah .....

The MSFT deal alone would give VERT $100m plus
$200m in revenues over the next three years.

I've noticed that Vert goes down on big Yahoo and Ebay days, and this is one of them. The big players are taking their money out of Vert and temporarily putting it into Yahoo or Ebay. Now's the time to grab up shares, cheaper. They will back. IMO.
