CB.. What the heck was JP Morgan's justification for such seriously bearish projections -- especially the Naz?!! Were they expecting AG & Boys to really crash the economy?
The Chartist hit it exactly right, if you are only in the "traditional" economy... Would have been a good tool to use -- pulling funds out of the Dow/SP500 and deploying elsewhere. Needless to say, "elsewhere" did fantastic -- Both Naz and small caps -- not to mention some of the foreign funds. FWIW, I had severl small cappers that up well over 100% last year, and a few with more than 200% gains.
Question is: where do we put those investment$$ now?
Suggestions?

Poor Dan Sullivan now, however. His March 16th bullish shift was a real lemon of a call and his subscribers got hurt to the tune of at least 10%, depending on Monday's prices (he got a sell signal yesterday).

One thing I really like about Mr. Sullivan is his ability to admit mistakes, so I expect him to admit this one.

This period has inflicted damage on a number of people, and Dan Sullivan is one. Having missed the huge run up since the fall of 1999 he got his subcribers in right near the top. He has been way off on the market for a while now and I expect his subscriber base to shrink more fully. I still believe he has a lot of wisdom to share.
