LRSY, 10 million shares outstanding 3 million in the float 7 million held by 4 insiders 5 million held by C Lanzisera age 60 Chairman President and Treasurer the additional 2 million held by insiders is split amongst the following, W Hinchcliffe age67, C Neiviera age 37, H Kash age 65. The above information was discussed in a conversation with C Lanzisera....... If you look at the latest 10K the share structure was incorrect it has changed since that filing. This is a reporting shell, they have been looking at deals and talking to people, nothing is yet signed. The last time the company actively received any significant revenue was the first half of 1993. Year ending January 1999 the income was essientially 128 bucks.......... They have negative retained earnings of 7.3 million bucks, thus I imagine they have a tax loss which would be of some value to the company against future years income. The 10 K is available for viewing on free edgar. j
