Uh, uh.
You're right that I'll be preaching crash and burn till it happens. My underlying assumption that human nature is the same and nothing new ever happens in the markets.
You're wrong when you think this will not happen soon.
There is no way I can think of for this mania to endure past the next two quarters. Dow 36000 is a joke.
Soft landing is the bigger joke. This market is an asteroid on steroids on collision course with reality at 100Km/sec.
Soft landing indeed.

If it is true by itself will be a crash...Why should people work? Go borrow money and invest and live off it. Suddenly a society of no workers!!!
