PMGIF: .08x.10, Shell company oversold

Out of 23 SEC reporting shells that I follow, PMGIF now has
a market capitalization of $418,000. This is $797,000 below
the next lowest market capitalization shell company in the list.
It is also about $2,000,000 below the median market capitalization
of $2,509,000. Basically, IMHO, it is oversold for a shell company.
You can buy it now for about the same price a merging company
would pay.

$11.5M. Net loss applic. to Common before extra. item fell
99% to $70K. Results reflect the assignment of all the
company's operating subsidiaries. Lower loss reflects the
absence of a $1.5M charge for bad debts.
