Kinross might be a good choice for these Russian projects
They acquired the producing Kubaka property when they acquired AMAX.
They also were the first to sell Russia gold directly into the international market.
Russia usually requires the gold be sold internally.

"Pan American Silver awaits Russian court ruling
Toronto--Mar 28--Canada's Pan American Silver Corp. on Tuesday said it is
expecting in the coming weeks the ruling from a Russian court to its appeal
regarding the validity of the auction for infrastructure assets related to the
Dukat silver project in Russia. Pan American Silver was outbid by Kaskol--a
private Russian firm--for the assets in November, but is claiming it did not get the chance to increase its bid after learning of the Russian firm's tender." (Story .22083)
