Yes, I agree with what you are saying, but as longer as the Earth has reserves of oil and natural gas it is going to be used until it is all gone and not left in the ground.
I don't want to preach but as long as their are hungry people in the world, the idea of using food to produce fuel to run ours cars may not be palatable to a lot of people.
The fact that Global can run their fuel cells on natural gas and this source of fuel is supposed to reduce greenhouse gases by 70% compared to gasoline is significant.
