I can understand your not trying to evaluate "1XTREME" since it is pure hype at this point. MOT says we're gonna do it and NOK says we support it.
HDR on the other hand was announced and demonstrated months ago. Now which one is hype?

I think the scrambling that NOK & MOT are doing to try and deal with a 1X solution is humorous. Announcing enhancements of 1XRTT before it's introduced seems pretty desperate to me. Don't buy QCOMs stuff cause we'll have something better pretty soon.

By the way, what is the best wireless mobile data solution commercially available today?
