Scrapps I love ya but it seems we disagree on this. I'd love to say 'f' the analysts but I just know that will only hurt us. Of course the most important thing is for Aware to focus on the fundamentals of the company. But why is it not also important to have a good relationship with the investment community? Why would you not want Aware to court the analysts as well as further their business plan? These are not mutually exclusive things. In fact the synergy of doing both would, IMO, have a dramatic effect on the stock price, which in the end is all I really care about.
In order to get Aware to 80 and beyond we need some kind of support. People like us (or me at least) dont have any influence on the direction of the stock. Analysts and institutions do.
It's not like Aware is adverse to hyperbole and promotion. Their CEO was trying to draw comparisons to QCOM during the last conference call. I liked that very much. In this market a little hype is necessary. I know a lot of people may disagree with this but I am only espousing what exists in the market. It's no use saying how crazy it all is or anything like that. We need to play the game the way it is being played, according to the rules of the day.
