From retired Colonel Hoffman, SEVU point man on Military sales...

"According to National Sales Manager Larry Hoffman, ``this is just the beginning. The contract should be in the range of $10 million, or more. The key points -- no cables to run and no distance problems. This will save up to 80% over typical wired installation costs. And of course most wireless cameras are lucky to get past 100 feet, and that with huge interference problems."

The equipment sold to the military is no different to that sold to the retail market, implying a "mil specs" aura of quality... BTW, sales to Home Depot are NOT consignment sales BUT normal commercial transactions at 30 days, no returns, except for potentially defective units... Many other major retail chains are going into it as well, as they can't allow Home Depot to be the sole large vendor... Demand will be fostered by an infomercial campaign to build up awareness levels: these guys are marketing experts, as well and do all Ads and TV commercials in-house...

I have no doubt SEVU will succeed in this new field, in the same way it captured the leadership in sea-going underwater cameras in less than two years...
