If that is what the creditors are doing, then maybe a liquidation is more likely than a buyout ? Seize all the assets then sell them off in pieces. The Sunshine Mine is on the west end of the Silver Valley and would be an nice addition to Coeur d'Alene properties. I'm sure several firms would be interested in the Peru property. It would be sad to see one of the premier names in US silver mining diasappear, however.
