Speaking of the proxy, am I just being insensitive when I say re: BOD..what a bunch of insider dinosaurs! Hey, I'm all for age and experience....but no wonder CalPers has complained.

I understand now why the street was happy to see the Robert Palmer (digital) appointment.

Clearly I can't complain with the recent performance, but I sure hope they keep a defibrillator close by....just in case.

How do we know if they didn't this a long time ago? Or do companies not do this unless they expect a split coming soon?

Yeah...so?

Sicko Sanders has already bagged a $2 Million Bonus for 1999 - what does he need to split the stock for?

He'll probably bag an additional $4 Million Bonus for this year - after all, he'll have Raza's CTO job for 12 months in 2000 - instead of just 6 months in 1999 !!
