Not necessarily but I think the center of the "bin" distribution (bell shaped curve) is still too low (Mhz) or skewed to the slower side...They need Willy. Right now it looks like the stock needs a buyer. AMD still doesn't get any respect (the Rodney Dangerfield of the chip industry). Speaking of that, Rodney D underwent double bypass today.
