The CEO owns 22% of the Company and their lead VC owns another 15%.

The conservative view is they hold their shares which approximates @30-35 Million.

I'm betting Joe Networker and Fred Server are gonna pull the trigger for their piece of the american pie, next week could see 30-40 Million shares trading hands.

Often the fear of insider selling, or the assumption that it is occuring, can be just as harmful as actual selling. I wouldn't be short it when the follow-up sec filings are due that's for sure.
