OTOTOTO -- Yes indeed. Having created the hottest economy in Europe it is time for the Spanish socialists to take a rest and regroup. They were increasingly out of tune with the New Socialism, and they will certainly learn to dance that jig as well as the British and the Germans have. The SPD is really beginning to liberalize and modernize the German economy. I expect great improvements in getting rid of the rigidities and corruption that the Christian Democrats have built up over the years. It will be interesting if Kohl can spend his last years in exile, instead of in jail. Now if we can only get our New Socialists to stay in office four more years and continue to make a dent in the National Debt. Did you ever think that you would hear the world of finance whine because Treasury was buying back too many bonds?
