JDN, Very sorry to hear about your brother, coming from a very close family myself I can imagine how difficult that can be. I even work with one of my JavaBrothers. I'm sure we'd all agree that putting together a quality Eulogy for a loved one trumps documenting the government theft of your money any day of the week. Hang in there, -JG

Well, I tried to start my taxes in early March, but I discovered that I couldn't find my statements from my discount brokerage. The man on the other end of the phone politely told me that he would send me duplicates. Today, I found copies for every month except October. Maybe, I didn't trade last October! (ggg). Anyway, I thought I'd have a nervous breakdown b4 I finished the afternoon so I ran down to the wine shop for a bottle of red. One of the funny things I discovered this afternoon was that I sold some Oracle shares last year at a loss! I told hubby, "don't worry. It's not a big deal. I'm just shuffling papers around." (ggg) This year I keep better records which I will feed into EXCEL once I've finished these taxes. JDN, sorry to hear about your brother. Hope you feel a little bit better! I imagine Paddy keeps you busy. I bet he will chew up your tax return if you are not careful! Regards, Mephisto
