It can be acted upon (correctly or incorrectly) in seconds. I'm not a huge conspiracy theorist either, but anyone with an agenda can certainly move markets (ala the false Lucent press release this morning on YHOO). You're right - we have to pick great companies in which we believe will succeed in the long run and filter out the noise (or take advantage of it!) JF3
