I think Bush and the GOP will be targeting another area that's particularly weak for AlGore - foreign policy. Bush may lack some experience but that's better than AlGore's experience, which has been total failure and its consequences. AlGore was the administration's point man on Russia and that has gone famously wrong - so much failure and so much US taxpayers' money going to the criminals. And they weren't Bill, Hill and AlGore this time. That and the complete collapse of economic reform, no controlling legal authority and the re-emergence of the hard left totalitarians - AlGore's signature is all over it.
