I use ISI for NYSE and its the biggest piece of crap. You can't hit a bid or ask with a limit order because it takes 20 to 30 seconds to just get the order to the exchange by which time the quote is gone. Trading on NYSE results in a ratio of 12 cancelled/unfilled orders to every fill.
