Dear Luther: IMHO TYC is building a sort of niche cable system, not comparable to GBLX as it is building one on a GLOBAL scale. I would be a little careful of LU at the moment. Not sure they can meet even 2nd qtr. estimates. If they fail, stock has a good chance of going back into the low 50's again, just my opinion though. JDN
