O/T Big Dog, Big Dog: "I'm afraid one of the more difficult problems facing the company may be a lack of perceived confidence on the part of potential customers. Let's be honest, if you had a $200 million project to build, would you feel warm and fuzzy taking it to FGH and paying a price higher than the price in 'the east' where dependable is their middle name?" Comment: Being honest, if I had a $200 million project to build, I don't think I would contact Big or Little Dog. You are sounding like sour grapes to be sure. I think you probably have a lot less clout with FGH management than you would have this message board believe. Credible business associates don't attack a company and its management on a public message board without a self-serving agenda. By the way, you need not respond to this observation. I am sure your little cohort Slider will prepare something appropriately asinine. Have a pleasant evening, SargeK Let us not forget: Big Dog - "Feb 4, 1998 How about my FGII? One thing you can say about the Big Dog...I have been loyal to FGII through thick and thin. Just always remember the Dog Mantra -- If a company is NOW making money like crazy and expects to continue making money like crazy for 2-3 years to come (backlog may go as high as $1.5 B I L L I O N within 6 months) -- Buy -- regardless of all the little sticks and stones that TA or short players or El Nino can throw. And you ain't seen nothing yet. Comment: On the above date FGII closed @ 31 on volume of 1,116,100 shares. Friday FGH closed @ 6 15/16 on Volume of 466,100 shares. The company in terms of Stockholders Equity, Book value, total assets, and number of employees are multiples of FGII less than two years ago. I guess what I don?t understand is how you can be so bullish (BUY) at 31 and so relatively neutral below 7. I thought the name of the game was to buy low and sell high. As usual, I probably got it backwards. >g<"Message 3341707 Famous last words: "One thing you can say about the Big Dog...I have been loyal to FGII through thick and thin." Comment: With friends like that, Holloway sure as hell doesn't need any enemies!!! The "Dog" must have dropped a bundle on this one!
