The only thing I want splitting around here is QCOM... 2 for 1 every year until I'm 50 and that would make us all worth more than Bill Gates if you only own 100 shares today! :) Split wood not porches! T (N)

It's silly to split the thread, can you imagine half the people sitting on one half the porch and half on the other? And what, we're supposed to jump across? Can you imagine all those people lining up to keep jumping from one half of the porch to the other half? Huh? :-)

Voltaire, What's your feel about ELON in here? JW, would you care to weigh in? I can't keep up with you guys lately. The Mighty Q seems to have peaked interest & the banter on the porch. You know what though? On this thread, we have some of the best folks from such diverse backgrounds & we really get along well. Some threads I follow are so full of verbal assaults, obscene language, BS, lies & intentional deceit on both sides of the trade. I have to wade through 50 posts to get one gem. On the porch it's eclectic banter & dead serious investment discussions. It's a walk in the park here IMVHO. NO split. w2

split the porch? are you crazy? the value of a network increases exponentially with each new connection. did i hear someone whine that they don't have time to read through all the posts? well... i'm having a hard time reading all of the web pages on the internet too. nosir, we don't want to stop or fragment the flow. we want better tools from silicon investor - so we can search the thread - so we can skim, search and access faster. we want to increase voltaire's staff. we want full time readers / writers who'll write a daily porch digest. we want to be able to enter criteria for the porch posts that will organize them custom tailored to our individual ideas of importance for us. we want to be inclusive and progressive. we want to be creative. this is a whole new wordballgame dudes. welcome to the 21st century - the information age! the age of time compression, wealth compression, knowledge compression, universal brother-sister-hood, global community - the age of ACQUIRE-ious! <polvie makes a funnie pun and amuses hisself again> all things are possible. -polvie
