YT, I look at the LUMM/Molex agreement as a buyout in progress. There are achievement points built into the agreement and LUMM has achieved every one. Molex is a big company with an excellent group of photonic experts on staff but just like the rest of us they were never absolutely sure LUMM could deliver the goods. LUMM has delivered the goods and now just remains the task of determining how good the goods are. When those achievement points are passed it will be on to sales and production. And the takeover in progress - it will continue with Molex's right of first refusal putting them in the driver's seat and definitely upping the ante for any interference in their plan to take LUMM over. You're right, there will be a bidding war between Molex and any other suitor. Molex cannot lose monetarily but will need a sweet incentive to give up their intended. DJ

I see that all of Ms. Mudge's interpretations are negative Initially I might have concluded similarly. However, I believe that Pat has indeed been willing to change her beliefs when certain facts, rather than emotions, are presented. I don't mind someone having an opinion that differs from mine, but I do appreciate when the other side at least listens to my arguments. So far that process is happening. After all I just want Pat to be able to offer good advice re Lumenon to her friends based on all the facts.
