You are welcome on COO, Paul. I think your action is sound. I like the company and it is a long term core holding for me, as long as my contacts with mgmt make me feel comfortable. However, it is probably one of those situations where in the absence of anything unusual it will have a 10 point yearly trading range, rising 5 points per year. You likely sold at the top of this year's range.

By the way, I hope you are not nervous about SEMI's gyrations. I am still VERY bullish on it. They may book as much as $50M in March. I think you can figure out what that would mean if continued for any length of time. (A close friend of mine with a good position bought some for his granddaughter yesterday at $11+.)
