Ignoring the recent "unpleasantness" WRT to the G & K thread, sometime ago on that thread I said that if RMBS wins their Hitachi lawsuit, expect a class 5 tornado. At this point I would have still put a victory in the "longshot" category, but I do have some "house money" (from plays in '98) riding along.

You going to see more of that kind of thing out both RMBS and QCOM or any other IP based company. I said at one time I thought QCOM will have more lawyers protecting the IP then engineers expanding it. It will be a drain. QCOM is fighting MOT now, and Dr. J has said that down the road there will be court cases. I have you every heard a comment about that kind of drain on funds from RMBS's CEO?
