Microsoft appears to have used blatantly anti-competitive ploys I disagree, but I don't want to start that argument here. I only brought up the point because MSFT is using the exact same argument against the DOJ. The truth is the anti-trust system is not well equipped to handle the fast pace of technology. Just because you'll have a monopoly for less time than it takes the court case to get out of the arguments stage does not mean the case won't be filed against you.
