Danvers, Massachusetts, March 23 (Bloomberg) -- Ibis Technology Corp., which makes semiconductors that use less power than ordinary chips, could see its shares double in a year, Business Week reported in its ``Inside Wall Street' column, citing Jeffrey Puglisi, hedge fund manager at Puglisi Capital Partners LP. International Business Machines Corp. and Motorola Inc. are Ibis customers. Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and National Semiconductor Corp. are also buying Ibis's wafers and Intel Corp. is said to be testing the Ibis product, the magazine said.
