What is their CDMA market share? About 1 in 10.

And the number of CDMA handsets and systems compared to TDMA?

Apple delivered the first commercial GUI. Apple is about to deliver the next generation of its product, Mac OS X. Are some software producers making a serious mistake by producing bad Apple-based products or not even pursuing the Apple market at all?

By itself, your statement is meaningless. Unless you provide evidence to back up your claim, you have said less than nothing.

Given that the claims supporting Qualcomm's patents in W-CDMA are equally lacking in evidence this statement is rather ironic. Just a side note, but I believe the burden for protecting a patent falls on the patent holder - not an enviable position to be in if there is any doubt about the validity of the patent.
