straight life, No one is licensing anyone at this stage of the eBook game but let me assure you that Gemstar is a receiver of said fees and not a payer. This was a more ingenuous move than the acquisitions of StarSight and VideoGuide. It only gets better with Henry. This guy is multiple moves ahead of the competition. John Malone and Rupert Murdoch agreed after a decade of soft and not so soft confrontations. Go with the flow is my only suggestion. Regards Stew
