I hadn't heard any takeover rumours...but then, I'm often last to hear of rumours. OTOH, when I hear them I tend to discount the majority anyway (hmmmm...maybe that's why I hear so few from people)

In any case, I think there was hope also that there'd be big announcement, a revenue contract, at the meeting. Without that, it's back to believing where this company is going and how it's getting there. So those that bought on hopes of a big pop on an announcement are disappointed and leaving, and those who understand and believe in the story are staying. Like the $1,000,000 that came into WEB and ran it up to over $7 in one day: haven't seen Latimer in selling any for that investor.

I sympathize with your feeling about trading WEB; who wouldn't like to save themselves the pain of seeing an investment drop in value? But I do believe in this, and believe patience will be rewarded.

The stocks I do trade are those I have no particular faith in...but I've traded myself out of too much money by trying to time stocks that - because I feel good about the fundamentals - I should have just held. So I'm holding WEB.
