Dear Ralf: I hadnt seen it posted but SCOT has talked like this for some time. However, reading the article, I was thinking, wouldnt surprise me if those "access devices" started springing up all over the place, like airport terminals and the like, similar to candy dispensing machines. You insert a buck, then your card, then your password and pass the time on the internet rather than reading playboy!! JDN
