There are several threads dedicated to great/favorite posts, but it sounds like a good idea to maintain a scrapbook of favorite posts, profiles, etc

Using the thread I frequent as an example (The Dream Machine) some posts have a lot of useful information. I know that someone will ask a related question in the future.

For example multimonitors are frequently discussed. Also networking PC's and sharing modem connections is a reoccurring theme.

Sometimes posters spend a lot of time creating a quality post. I would like to take the better multimonitor posts and place them in a folder named multimonitors and then make the folder public. Same for the networking posts and many other categories.

Multiple SubjectMarks pages might solve the problem of forgetting where threads are located on your SM page.

Given a choice I would opt for the multiple SubjectMark pages. They certainly would be a welcome enhancement.

However I find the non split option that was available in SI Classic much more convenient. As I scan through the 200+ SubjectMarks my eye looks for two things...the thread name and the number of new posts and sometimes the date of the last post. 0 means 0..there can be no other interpretation. I do not see the benefit to making a thread more difficult to find.

A bit of a hedge here. It is now more difficult to determine how many new posts there are on a thread. This is due to the distance between the thread name and the number of new posts and the small fonts. One can no longer determine with a quick glance the number of new posts...therefore one can no longer quickly determine that the thread has 0 posts. So from this point of view removing a 0 post thread from view has some validity.

John, here is an improvement I would like to see...

When you're in this field.
Subject 31837

I would like an option to click "previous 200" and have everything display on one line. Similar to the way we used to view 100 at a time. The threads are getting busier and busier and it's not unusual to see 200 posts per day on some of the popular ones.
