Ben, I am sure some kind of scheme will emerge with the IPM shares? It may well be a common reverse takeover and all your shares will elevate somewhat.
The question is has someone been quietly buying up IPM shares for peanuts so they have a large block to sell as a control block?
It is possible that someone has been doing this on the private market or through the MM, "just buying for a penny to give you a certified tax loss" whereas they are accumulating for a purpose.
