<Beemr finally baptized at 100 mph>

C'mon you can do better than that!

Back in High school I took Dad's '73 Chevy Monte Carlo
to 120mph ( took a long time to get there too. I was lookin' for the cops!)

repost when you hit 127!

Hell, I do 100 through a car wash up here. If you think uncovered stock is scary, stand in front of a judge with a fifty over on a speeding ticket. They can make the fine just about anything. Buy a Valentine One.
Thanks for the TA discussion on QCOM. Hmmmm do I sell covered calls or not?

This reminds me of the quote on She-X' page...

DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT

She is one cool lady. You have me beat Jim, I made it to 98 one day (you know this Houston traffic cruises)-quite a rush. Was told my V-8 didn't kick in till 130 - i think that's a thrill I'll have to live without. literally!

Thanks again for your help and posts Jim. I appreciate you.

Piece of junk Renault something or other, 4 cylinder, flat out, 180 KPH (108 mph) on Germany's Autobahn - OH YEA! - was passed by 7 Series like I was parked. A man has got to have the right tools.

LOL

Jimmy the road runner dude,

I got 115 mph.... albeit on my Kawasaki Vulcan 750 - about 2 yrs ago. Got 110 in my future mother-in-law's Pontiac Ventura back in my college daze.

Neener, neener, neener. I went faster than Jimmy's beemer ;-)

Paradise by the Dashboard Lights"???

Don't let your Meat Loaf...... I hope you ain't prayin' for the end of time already????

I gotta go right now.... will ya love me forever?

memories on speed

I got out the service in 1971 and I had some time to kill. A friend and I drove in his 1967 365 GT 2+2 from Jasper to Banff. We drove flat out 110+, bellies to the ground, flying.
It was a full moon that night it was so bright that we turned the lights off. Why am I still alive?
