That sounds right, but if you research and learn and make yourself sure of a company before you invest, then a bunch of smarter people get to it first and bid the price up. You have to find that balance between thinking it's a good company and knowing it's a good company. (I knew ORCL was good, but so is IBM, but I don't expect IBM to be a 5 bagger in 3 months, ORCL is still good but it costs a lot more than it did last summer, there are only so much funds to go around).
