Hey Duane:

Yes, for the most part those that outperform and set new highs tend to keep up the same rather than exhaust and erode.

Agreed on the internet and bio-tech correction, which, btw, I stay away from. My main focus is on Semi's (oils are good too, but I can never seem to get the right grip on them---too viscous..)

An interesting point on the internet, though, is that so much of the hype has been about improved efficiency. How much more can that really improve as translates to the bottom line? An article in yesterday's IBD focused on how it's no longer who makes a better product, because everyone does, yet the goody is in who gets it to you better, faster...

For me, Semi's are the ones that, since the last 3 quarters, are the ones that continue to Show me the Money, and that's where the focus will continue to be. Notice how quickly they have come back once the Naz turned around---Intc didn't even belch.

Bought IDT and cy back yesterday at 40 1/4 and 52 1/4 and will probably sell today. Also sold xlnx at 85. Didn't buy back in atml yet.

best,
cb
