Jim,

Speaking of TV, I saw a pretty funny Intel commercial today. Some guy is checking out a car and he checks it out by having one of those machines that lifts crates raise the car up so he can see it, except the machine's prongs poke holes into the car. At the end, the car is dropped and the glass shatters and the car is totaled. The guy then asks if they have a coupe to show him. You'd have to see it, it was funny. Then Intel shows how people can go to autobytel.com and see cars in 3D, "enhanced by the Pentium III processor."

I'd like to see some AMD marketing like this. People may actually think they need a PIII to use the web if this keeps up...

Hey, how 'bout those Badgers?

"Supercomputer" seems a bit exaggerated, since the bug story comes from the '50s. Grace Hopper taped it into her notebook. Can't say for sure, but from the picture I recall I'd say it was a moth.

Cheers, Dan.
