The problem as I see it is that these TA cultists and their followers can create a self-fulfilling prophecy, at least temporarily. If they erect an imaginary barrier of "resistance" at 100, and if there are enough of them acting on the belief that one exists, they can make it harder to punch through 100 than it otherwise would be. Eventually, however, the truth prevails -- 100 is just like any other number.

I hope we're accumulating plenty of shorts along the way -- does anybody know when the next report of short interest will become available?

JMHO.

"Do you realise we've had a TA prophet named STEVE come onto the SUNW thread for 3 consective calendar 1st quarters in a row? Last year was a guy named Popular Steve Deitric."

Well i hate to stick up for my own not so good name, but i hate TA. Though i have noticed if the chart draws a picture resembling a Christmas tree: that's good, but if it looks like the Titanic going down: Sell!

There was a guy during a Sun breakout (a year or so ago, was it Mark?) who was talking about flags and stuff. I don't think the carts had anything to do with it, but man, those were some pretty sweet times. Of course these days aren't bad either...

Popular Steve Dietrich...
